Arkaroola Camper Trailer.
The new model “Arkaroola” is named after the Northern Region of South Australia’s magnificent Flinders Rangers and is based on the popular “Cape York” model with.

Upgraded:
- Solid 50x50mm Beam axle (1500kg rating)
- With Screw in dust caps to axle with greasable nipples.
- 3 x 265 75 R16 Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ 10 PLY tyres.
- 3x 16" Black steel rims with chrome caps.
- 86L Water tank
Plus these additional features:

- Solar powered fan in the fridge box.

- 2 x storage drawers to kitchen 500x400x140
- Shade sail.
The Arkaroola has some great features that can be included on other models:
- Rather than two 60 litre tanks we have opted for one 86 litre tank to give the capacity without the extra expense.
- Or you can also include the optional front water tank giving you a total of 146 litres water carrying capacity.
- The other nice addition is two very handy drawers in the kitchen area.
- For those who already have a fridge but would like to accommodate it in the camper, well the “Arkaroola” is set up on the front the same as the top of the range “Grand Tourer” minus the fridge.
With Black 16inch rims and Mickey Thompson tyres this is a very neat set up at the right price.
The offroad ability of this camper has NO limits.

In reply to the Article CONS:
1) Shock absorbers would be good: Shock absorbers are an option if required. The review was done with an empty trailer.
2) Tent size is quite small: An additional side room and or awning walls are both available options. Bigger tents mean longer set up times while generally the tent is only for sleeping in!
All Adventure campers have rollout awnings which provide ample extra under cover area.
3) Stoneguard restricts access: 3 quick release snap hooks need releasing to gain vehicle access. At Adventure Campers we believe the few seconds required to unhook the stoneguard is well worth the potential alternative of a broken rear window on the car, damaged paint work on the back of the car and front of the trailer. When travelling through areas without dirt roads you can leave the stoneguard off.
